Chaning diet

What's your favourite food? I really like pasta. That has been my favourite dish the last couple of years. But now I'm slowly starting to change diet. I don't want to loose weight or so, just eat healthier food than before. I am now trying to eat much salad and meat. It's very good and I like it a lot! And I don't need to eat so much of it to be satisfied. Eventhough it has a good taste, a lot of people has a problem with changing their diet and what they eat. Sure, it can be a little hard in the beginning, but then it gets easier every day. Now I'm used not to eat pasta, potatoes, rice and such things, and I can honeslty say I don't miss that kind of food! I've also lost weight!
